With the price of solder rising steadily and with the LEAD FREE Revolution
sweeping the world interest in the EVS Solder Recovery Systems has risen to
new heights and the need to now recover pure solder has become of paramount
importance.
The EVS is designed to wheel up to the wave solder machine and de dross in
the normal way direct in to the machine. The system comes in two sizes,
the EVS 3000 that holds 10 kg of dross and the EVS 6000 that holds 20 kg of
dross. The cycle time on the EVS 3000 is 6 minutes and on the EVS 6000
it is 10 minutes.
The EVS is a unique product that enables users to recover, on average, 60-75%
pure solder from all wave solder dross. As a result monthly solder purchases
are reduced giving a very fast payback.
The EVS also fits in perfectly with the ISO 14001 mantra of RECYCLE-REDUCE-REUSE.
With hundreds of installations around the world EVS is being used with all
types of Lead and Lead Free solders.
